Education

Educate clinicians in using the CDSA highlighting the de-implementation of unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions to treat URTI

Organizational adjustments

We will adjust the workflow based on the local setting to fit the intervention

Audit and feedback

Some prescriptions will be audited in the clinical sessions and feedback will be given. Once in two weeks, the principal investigator will meet the local coordinator or champion to monitor and evaluate the records and feedback will be given to improve the implementation of the intervention

Roll-out the CDSA

A4 poster with the algorithm to support clinical decisions will be posted on the wall of the consultation room or placed on the table
